BABY FIT Coaches will guide you through the changes in the body postpartum and how best to adapt your workout plan.
BABY FIT post-natal training is designed specifically for your body. Every aspect of your post-natal repair and recovery is considered in each stage of your program.
All BABYFIT coaches are qualified in Pre and Post Natal Personal Training and will cover all aspects of your CORE & PELVIC FLOOR retraining as a fundamental part of YOUR BODY AFTER BABY coaching plan.
